Volunteer Gardening

Volunteer gardening for the grounds of Wortley Hall, under the direction of the Hall gardeners, and for gardening in the organic kitchen gardens, under the direction of Heeley City Farm gardeners, is scheduled for any Tuesday and Wednesday between 10.30 and 4.00. You can just turn up. The arrangements are fairly informal, the work is not too physical, and is good fun. Any equipment you need will be supplied, but gloves are useful to bring.
